house. an added bonus was that auntie yvonne stopped by for a while during her lunch break to play with us! we played for hours with all of elliott's cool toys such as his firetruck (see photo), his blocks, his letter magnets, his guitar and musical instrument collection and much, much more. elliott was so happy to have me there...he took out almost every toy out his basket to show me. he was very gentle and kind towards me...touching my head every now and then. we had lunch together (i ate a whole bowl of vegetable stew and a piece of bread with cheese on it, it was delish!), i tried to take a nap (elliott took one successfully), and then we played some more. i loved just sliding and gliding across the floor commando-style at auntie yvette's today. when we had to go, i grabbed onto elliott and aunt yvette's shirts to hug them and waved "bye-bye" several times.
when i got home, dada was there and gave me a big hug and kiss. he did like a good father would do and fed me a dinner of rice, beans and avocado...yum! then we took a bath together and mama read me five books and put me down to sleep. i protested a bit and went to sleep around 7pm.
and (yes, Gigi) i've been sprouting a fourth upper tooth...the third one has already cut through and this one is coming through and it hurts. it hurts so much, i bit mama on the arm while she had me in her lap and was feeding me (and broke some skin). and when mama's arm isn't around, i chew on my hand, anything around, or the high chair tray. youch!
also, today when mama stepped out for a bit and then came back through the front door (but i couldn't see her), i said "MAma" and started crawling towards the sound of the fron
t door opening.tomorrow we will have my friend Sava (he's 11 months) over to play. can't wait! that's all the news for today!

His hair is getting so long and curly. It's gorgeous! Sounds like he has a very active social life. Can hardly wait to hear him say Mama and Dada!
